5-Day All-Inclusive Immersion
We are excited to announce that we will be offering a 5-day All-Inclusive Immersion prior to the 2018 Fruit Winter Festival! Here is a bit of what you can expect from this experience!
The Setting & Accomodations
Nestled amongst Doi Suthep mountain, enjoy the beauty of local Thai culture on this serene property, while being just a short ride from the old city of Chiang Mai.
Comfortable accommodations for 18 retreat members are offered at this gorgeous location with ample community space to share in. Book a single bed, double bed, king-sized bed with a shared bathroom in one of the various shared bungalows. Or, opt for your own space and book the treehouse. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced daily.

Each day will consist of various activities lead by Conor and Brittany, we will be using the chair pillow, facilitating a healthy relationship with our minds and bodies, where we can grow within ourselves, within a safe and loving community. The pair will be leading daily connection circles, featuring authentic relating games with a focus on self-observation, understanding, and compassionate communication. Join Conor for guided meditation and Brittany for journaling, plus featured guest Dr. Tumi Johnson for yoga and a special presentation. We will also be visiting a beautiful waterfall and experiencing the joy of Thai massage.
Your food will be fully taken care of during your time with us, with three delicious raw, plant-based meals provided by Chef Katy Craine. The food will be focused around fresh, seasonal, raw fruits and vegetables, with simple cooked food options. There will be snacks available between meals. Participants will have access to a kitchen space, where they can prepare and store their own food items as well. If you have any dietary preferences, we will do our best to accomodate them.

Where is the 5-Day Immersion located?
The Immersion is at Viva Chiang Mai homestay (also called “the fruit house”). You can find the address and detailed directions here. You can also view the location on the Fruit Winter Google map here. We ask that you take care of your own transportation to the Fruit House, after which we will have the remainder of transportation organized during the retreat.
When is check in and check out?
Check in is between 1-4pm on January 7th, 2018. Check out is at 11am on January 11th, 2018. Please arrive promptly as we have evening activities scheduled. If possible, we encourage you to arrive in Chiang Mai a few days before the start of the event, so that you can
What are the sleeping arrangements like?
The immersion includes your own single, double, or king bed in shared rooms with the opportunity to reserve your own bungalow for a group on a first-come, first-serve basis. Prices are in accordance with available options. You can see a full list of accommodations on the tickets page here. If you wish to share a bed with a partner, please let us know in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make arrangements for that.
What is the food like?
The immersion will be catered by Chef Katy Craine. If you have not yet experienced her culinary stylings, you are in for a treat. There will be three simple, raw food meals prepared each day, comprised of delicious, local, ripe fruits and veggies. There will also be a few cooked options during the evening meal, such as steamed potatoes or rice. If you have specific dietary needs, please inform us in advance.
How will we get around?
We will have tsongtoas (covered trucks that serve as taxis) scheduled to take us to any scheduled activity. You are responsible for your transportation to the Fruit House on January 7th and after check out on January 11th at 11am.
How many people will be attending the Immersion?
A maximum of 18 attendees.
Can I stay with my friends?
When purchasing your ticket you may specify if you want to share a bed with a certain person. There will also be a place to add special circumstances for group bookings at this time.
Is there wireless internet at the house?
What if I am unable to make it after purchasing a ticket?
If you are unable to make it and want to resell your ticket, please notify us as soon as you know. If we have a waitlist, we will refund your ticket minus the processing fees and offer the space to the next person on the list. Otherwise, we can help you post a notice about it in the Fruit Winter Facebook group. The person who buys your ticket can pay you directly.
